Direct Auctions expand with franchise roll-out

Direct Auctions, the Spanish based international property auction house, has recently launched its auction franchise programme.
Established in June 2003 by Inez Rix, Direct Auctions soon became the premier property auction house on the Costa del Sol (Spain), and over the next few years established itself as a credible alternative to the traditional property sales method, selling properties from all around the world, in addition to local Spanish homes.

Founder Inez Rix says, “We knew from day one that we had hit on a winning idea. People liked the honest and straightforward process, both from a seller and buyer point of view. In the height of the property boom companies were charging exorbitant rates of sales commission, so our no-nonsense sales fees made sense to everybody”. Rix goes on to say, “Direct Auctions has gone from strength to strength and in the current climate we are helping so many people find a solution to their property nightmare.”

Franchise Director, James Bowman says, “We have been developing the franchise programme for some time now and have already signed a number of new licensees. The market is right for us to capitalise on our franchise development and the concept works so well in almost any country or region. We’ve kept licence fees extremely reasonable and even offer flexible payment terms to allow it to be as accessible as possible.”

Aside of benefiting from the Direct Auctions brand, new franchisees also receive the Direct Auctions Franchise manual, on-site training, marketing material, business forms and a whole Direct Auctions business ‘tool kit’.

Direct Auctions is looking for potential franchisees in all areas, regions and countries that saw second home buying activity during the property boom, including Dubai, Cape Verde, Florida, Portugal, Costa Blanca, Ibiza and Bulgaria. The franchise may appeal to individuals or couples looking for an exciting business opportunity, or for existing real estate agencies looking for other revenue streams.

Licence fees start from 7995EUR per annum, with no profit share requirements, quarterly fees or other payments and the business is full re-assignable should a franchisee wish to sell on.
