Tri-City Energy Biodiesel Plant Real Estate and Equipment Auction

Maas Companies of Rochester, MN will auction the MH Technologies LLC facility on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009 beginning at 10 a.m. in Mount Holly Springs, PA. The auction will be held on-site at One Mountain Road, Mount Holly Springs, PA.

MH Technologies manufactured dielectric and electrolytic paper used in medical equipment for a world-wide market. MH Technologies was one of a handful of facilities worldwide able to produce this specialty paper. The plant operated through June 2009.

The real estate will be sold first as one tract and includes 137,819 sq. ft. in nine industrial structures on 16.466 acre site with another 24.82 acres excess. The equipment will be sold piecemeal following the real estate. Buyers can bid live from the site or in real time via the Internet. Paper inventory is being sold on a first-come, first served basis. Any remaining product will be sold at auction.

Potential buyers are encouraged to attend open houses set for Monday, Sept. 14, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009 from 8 to 10 a.m.
