Dripping Power Community Forum Is Back Online
London, UK - www.holidayvillaauctions.com is a new and innovative way of seeking a last minute booking for a holiday home. Clients can register and bid on a vacation home that has available weeks or owners of property can place their own holiday / vacation home on the website for potential guests to bid on.
The site was set up to assist owners of property advertised for vacation rental. Because the vacation rental market is heavily over-subscribed, new methods of ‘selling’ available weeks needed to be sought out.
The owners of the hugely successful www.rentinspain.co.uk web site are continually seeking new methods in which they can help owners take bookings for their holiday / vacation property. To this end, they researched and have now set up the new web site www.holidayvillaauctions.com The site was launched on 5th June 2008. Whilst at present it only contains property available in Spain and Wales they are seeking to add property from all over the World.
With the current global economic situation affecting many people and causing them to be careful about spending their hard earned money. It is noticeable that they are leaving booking their vacation until much later than normal. The auction web site is ideally suited to meet this new demand for last minute deals.
It satisfies both the owner of the property and the guest; both of whom will gain from the deal.
Registration for both buyer and seller is free.
