I've been pretty vocal that while the recent eBay changes are in the right direction, I don't think they nailing the top 20 priorities.

Bidnapper.com and EZsniper.com work with the eBay Security

Abercrombie Online, operators of both Bidnapper.com and EZsniper.com eBay bidding services announced today a system revision which allows their bidding system to work with the eBay Security Key. eBay Security Key is device eBay users have in their possession which effectively blocks unauthorized access to their eBay account. The problem has been, it also blocks authorized access of third-party bidding services the eBay user utilizes to submit his bids in the final seconds of an auction.

The new system allows Bidnapper or EZsniper users to take advantage of the bidding service and retain this higher level of protection the eBay Security Key provides. The Security Key eBay provides works on both the user’s eBay and Paypal accounts, and has been growing in popularity as shoppers look for more secure ways of doing business on the Internet. eBay and Paypal have been promoting the Security Key to both buyers and sellers. A simple login by the user within 20 hours of the end of the auction is all that is required to keep the Security Key protection working. Until now, users would have had to disable the Security Key on their My eBay page in order to use a bidding service.

Daniel Abercrombie, Chief Developer and Principal at Abercrombie Online says, “For users who see value in the added protection the eBay Security Key, and who want to snipe, this is the perfect solution. Our users have always been secure using Bidnapper and EZsniper to bid for them, but now, if they choose to use the Security Key, they can.”
